Finish a class with a question you wish you could just ask out loud? This is that space.

Office Hours is a live Zoom session where students can bring anything from the six week Back to School program. Come with a question, a move that is not quite clicking yet, or something you have been chewing on since week one. Nothing is too small to ask, and chances are good that someone else is wondering the same thing.

This is also the place to share the lightbulb moments. When something finally lands in the body, DeAnna wants to hear about it. Those moments often teach the group as much as any planned lesson.

Students are welcome to come with a question, come to listen, or come with tea in hand and the camera off. All of it counts as showing up.

No preparation required. Just bring yourself.
